At least 310 people were killed, 350 missing and 544 people injured by the 8.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Japan in the afternoon.

The death toll includes 200-300 people killed was found in the city of Sendai, said local police spokesman as reported by AFP on Friday (March 11, 2011) 

Previously, about 200-300 bodies were found around the coast in the city of Sendai, Japan.

The news agency Kyodo and Jiji Press said the bodies were found in the area Wakabayashi, Sendai, following the massive earthquake that eventually cause a tsunami.

This disaster shocked everyone in this world.

Japan previously safe and peaceful, suddenly destroyed!

Though we know that Japan is a very good country which is able to control this situation better than other countries..

It's still a very big disaster.

There is no one who wants to know this disaster!

Knowing that disaster is not always easy.

We must be sad because of this news.

Even if there's someone who lives there,

whether it's our family, our friends or our partner..

What can we do for now is only hope.

Being Si Pitung 2011 - Apologize Me!

Si Pitung? Who doesn't know him?

A thief who gave loot for poor people..

But..

Si Pitung 2011? Is it true? Does he come back again? 

Well, not at all.. 

It's ME, actually . .

What? Really? Are you doing the same thing like him? Being a thief?

Hm, I wouldn't admit that I am an absolutely thief.

So, let me tell you the true thing..

Today, I have a big meeting in my college.

There.. we have a lot of snacks for break time.

At the end of the session..

I saw a lot of snacks were still there.

I saw some biscuits and candies there.

No one ate it. 

I know that some of my friends who become lodgers will take it home.

But, I tried to take it by myself before them,

because I thought that giving it to beggar was more important.

I tried to ask my friend to take it some for me.

He did it well.

He didn't even know about my plan.

Though I knew that it's really not good to take something that it's not yours, but..

I tried to be brave for this situation.

Though if someone know about this, I will look like a thief. 

I didn't care actually.

Others need it so much.

My friends who become lodgers have enough foods for their life.

We are more lucky than beggars, friends..

So I've given those snacks to an old woman, a little kid, a street singer, etc.

I often see poor people *beggars on the bus, at terminal Senen, and so on.

Why didn't I be honest?

Hm, being an honest person sometimes is not a good thing for me.

It's impossible for me to tell all of my friends about this plan, right?

I believe that it will make me look like an arrogant person.

No No No..

No one loves if others think that he/ she is an arrogant person.

Though, I believe if I ask my friends to take that snacks to give it to some beggars, to poor kids, they will give me a permission..
I know that all of my friends have a good heart.

They care each other.

And I didn't want to disturb them by asking for permission to do this *like Si Pitung

So here..

I just want to apologize..

Yes!

Apologize me, my friends, my seniors..

I have done a bad thing.

I have taken some snacks without telling you.

I pray to God for you guys!

So that you can get His blessing..
Because of your kindness
For giving me a permission to give those snacks to others who don't have a good life like us.

Having new friends is a very good thing for everyone, right?

I believe so.

So, when you meet with a new friend, what'd you like to do?

If you are the active one, may be you will always try to talk with your new friend.

If you are the passive one, may be you will only silent.

Well, it's nice..

There's nothing wrong about who is the active or the passive one.

The thing that we must think is only about what's our opinion about our 'new friend'..

Sometimes when we meet with a new friend,

we tend to avoid someone who is not good looking or someone who is arrogant, or anything that it looks bad even it sounds bad.

But, do we think twice about..

How can we know that our new friend is good or not, arrogant or not?

Well, actually I've felt this thing.

When the first time in college, I met a new friend, she is Elia..

hahaa ..

May be if you are in the same college with me, you can know who is she..

At first, I didn't comfort to speak with her, because she seemed arrogant *that's only my opinion, lol

Then I tried to change my mind, by thinking about don't judge a book by it's cover

Why should I?

Well, it's because I didn't even know about herself, about her life, about her background, or anything about her.

If I were in her position, of course I didn't want if someone thought that I was arrogant, I was bad, bla, bla, bla..

And it made me remember with this quote:

"If I don't like that man, I must know him better" -Benjamin Franklin-

A hard decision actually.. But I believe that it's true..

Who doesn't know Benjamin Franklin? 

He gave a great quote for everyone..

So at that time, I always tried to talk many things with her..

And you know?

That's my great decision..

Finally, I knew that she was not looked like what I thought before.

She is really kind, good, friendly, even smart.

Day by day, I know more about her.

So it makes me learn again ..

My opinion is not always true.

Sometimes, we must think with two sides; the positive and the negative.

If you are only think using one side, may be you will feel there's something wrong, or you won't get the fact.

Because you live with your opinion.

Making a mistake is not a mistake, right?
